Classes & Workshops

Which Course?

Our programmes have been designed to aid you and your dog in learning for a range of training goals.

  • Life Skills Training:

    The Clever Canines Group is designed to teach your dog essential skills such as: focus, impulse control, recall, all four paws on the floor, lead walking, emergency stop, polite greeting etc, laying the foundation for good behaviour and communication. This is a great for dogs that are beginners, or have already completed a puppy class.

    The Walking Wizards & Rover, Return! Classes have been designed to solely focus on either lead pulling or recall issues.

    All three courses are taught outside in secured paddocks to be able to work with distractions in a safe way and limited to 6 dogs to set your dog up for success. All attendees receive appropriate training booklets for their course, bags of Natures Menu and Fish4Dogs treats, access to a video library and a rosette and certification on completion

  • Tricksters:

    Come along to have fun teaching your dog a range of impressive tricks - including but not limited to: middle, weave, crawl, retrieve, snout, play dead and sword fight! All attendees receive a training pack (booklet, selection of treats) and a rosette and certificate on completion

  • Scentwork Groups:

    Learn how to work your dog’s nose and engage in a team activity.

 FAQs

  • We recommend enrolling dogs over the age of 6 months

  • We recommend enrolling dogs/ puppies over the age of 4 months

  • We recommend enrolling dogs/ puppies over the age of 12 weeks

  • All adolescent/ adult dog classes are held solely or partly outside so your dog does need to be fully vaccinated or regularly titre tested to attend

  • Please bring your puppy on a comfortable harness and lead, lots of tasty treats, bed, bowl, and a positive attitude!

  • The courses listed on this page are designed for sociable/ excitable dogs. I do run Reactive
